ready for me?

i was hit by a drunk driver aug 19th '05.
i was sitting at a red light waiting for the light to change so that i could continue on my way.
behind me i see some car prolly about 1/4 away hauling ass! i thought dude was a cop coming down at the speed he was going.
since i was in the right lane, and he was in the left, i figured i'd be ok and he could blow by, i'd laugh then be curious enough to follow when the light changed to see what the fuss was about.
all that changed when i noticed about 300 ft away that though he was still in the left lane, that wasnt a police car hauling ass like that.

about 50ft away he veered over into my lane, i remember lifting my foot to stomp on the gas......then the next thing i remember vividly was looking out of my drivers side window, and seeing the tops of trees and the stars in the sky.

dekalb county PD estimated the driver was going more that 70-75mph.
there were no skid marks from his vehicle, meaning he didnt slow down and was accelerating when he hit me.

he tested positive for cocaine,alcohol(3x's the legal limit) and THC(marijuana).

my truck(from witness admission) exploded on impact, rolled thru the intersection, off a curb and over a stone sign that is almost 5ft high on the section closest to the street, and nearly 6ft at the opposite point, since the landscaping slopes down into a park (hairston park)
