Question about REPS

ive noticed that the more reps u have, the more damage u can cause another persons rep if u leave neg. everytime get close to positive, QD negs me and i go wayyyyyyy down on rep. lol. oh and then the occasional asshole who wants to e-bully me for fun because im already neg. im a nice guy, i try not to piss ppl off too much. ive read up on rep, but it is never explained in too much detail. is there someone who can explain in detail how someone elses rep effects yours as far as points? im just an ia n00b trying to get positive. thanks in advance.

Why yes. Yes it does make me feel big and bad. Whenever I leave(if I ever do leave) this desk, I usually go outside and kick rose bushes and let them know that if they ever look my way again, I'll fuck their whole garden life up.
