    i say ask for a another trial date
    the cop wont get notified if it happens and he will wait in court all day if he appears then go to next date if cops not there plead not guilty and bam thrown out cuz hes not there

    lol this is city court...the reason the dates are so far apart is bc that court day is only tickets given by him.... so lol best bet he'll be there
