i fougt mine by just taking the documents i got from the manufacture to court with me, but since ur runnin and open pipe there gonna need that device and if u passed ur emissions a few weeks ago u can just show them that. i always do the speed limit in my neighborhood but people in me sudivison do the same with the hand waving and crap i just beep the horn and wave. My neighbors hate me they always call the cops and complain to the homeowners association meeting. i have even had a guy at the last meeting say i was and was a danger to everyone on the road and myself but i just ignor them. oh im the only moded car in my neighborhood too.
