    I myself would perfer a guy who is 3 years older than me just because he will be more mature than someone my own age since guys tend to mature slower than girls..

    when i was 17 i dated someone who was 22 .. 5 years.. 5 years would be the max in age difference I would say...

    at age 17 she is legal in the courts eyes as in she goes to jail rather than juvi... but if u plan on sleeping with her wait off a year...
