Is it ok for a 20 year old to hook up with a 17 year old?

I don't want bullshit replys either.... let me know what yall really think about it.
Think about it hard, I know three years isn't a big diffrence but a 17 year old girl still needs along way before she's in the 20 year old level.

Me being 19 still give me the oppertunity(??) to hook up with 17 year olds. I personally wouldn't go below that. So lets go is it ok?
