In conclusion... No one (yes I said no one!!) can argue that Giving someone a shot, that ends all nervous systems then kills someone (AKA Lethal Injection) is NOT more advance as far as capital punishment then Hanging them from a post in a crowded arena during halftime of a soccer game, and shooting them (after they have choked to death) with a AK47 several times!!!

Now to correct you on the rest of your post.. Korea has WAY more technological advances then Japan, here is actually where the majority of electronics are invented then (since it is cheaper) are produced in Japan/China... Better Black market? Umm A blackmarket isnt really a good thing, all that brings is more room for mafia and gang warfare bc of trying to smuggle and produce goods. India.. Outsourcing inexpensive labor? Actually it is Us as Americans are the ones outsourcing the labor to INDIA, Have you called any major company lately? Have you notice the phone rings to someone in INDIA?
