Well the fact is, we should have no say what so ever in how or where he dies. Yes we found him, but trying to build a govt over there is our goal, and by letting their courts trial him, we also should let them do their own means of capital punishment. But on saying that making it public and hanging or fire line would be nice for our American egos, but it wouldnt make the smartest strategic standpoint. A open air in public killing wold just bring mass hysteria and give the Taliban or any terror group to much of a easy target. So honestly lethal injection in a secured chamber or hold cell, would be the best thing. Also by lethal injection it would somewhat show the world that they are moving on with society and not backwards, since it is more seen as humane and "just"

you do realize you said we should let the iraqi govt handle this and do their form of capital punishment, and then you say they are moving backwards by not doing a more updated form of capital punishment.


The Iraqi govt should use any form of capital punishment they wish...we would only fuel more fire telling them how to kill someone....

Yes I said, let them handle it, but I also said it would be BEST, I didnt say we decide for them how to kill him, I said BEST for Lethal Injection bc it would show them as MOVING ONWARD in society, bc it seems more humane.. If you have looked at other killings in that area IN THE PAST alot of them have been hangings from goalpost or shootings at public football games (soccer)..

dude, China is Communist! it wasn't until recently that the gov't allowed people to own their own businesses. so by default their "black market" has to be "better". however you quantify that.
