yea I'm thinking about going my self, but not sure, I would have to live near campus and the closest one to me now is in Mooresville, NC... thats about 5 hours away and its only the nascar school

Thats the one I went to, its not just Nascar the core program classes are the same in all the schools. Your first class is Basic Engines then Basic Electronics then you go from there. The Nascar program is at the end. I never watched Nascar before I went there but I do now.Originally Posted by Kelly_Rene
Its fun using the engine and chassis dyno, and trying to squeeze more power out of them. Also you learn how to set up a chassis and fabricate metal. I made a gas tank and a fender out of a peice of steel. I didnt even know how to change oil before I went there.
If you do go, go every day and study because you have to be perfect and I mean PERFECT to get into the good factory programs like BMW Mercedes and Porsche. Or you could go to ford all you have to do to get into the ford program is graduate and pay for it.
