i had a similar situation w/ Car wash place when i had my focus... my 24 hour old gun metal wheels had all kinds of paint stripped off of them... i was told TAKE US TO COURT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. (this was the car wash on 120 next to riverside/316)
