    Yea, it's actually pretty common for humans to have parasites like that inside their body at any time without them knowing! I forget the med name for it but it's not really that big of a deal I guess.

    well what happens is when the cricket becomes infected the worm basically dissovles the insides of the cricket... the worm emits a chemical that makes teh cricket find water.. then the parasite leaves and the cricket dies... nature ftw
