Okay I read the original post wrong then, sorry about that.. its late and I cannot sleep for some reason. I guess this could be the definition of darwinism then? If I'm wrong then I'll blame it on the lack of sleep again.

Also manslaughter has a mandatory 25 year sentence in GA? Why does that not sound right.. sounds more like a murder sentence.
