in all honesty, the other person isnt who killed him... he was driving drunk, he was racing, he crashed.... he killed himself..

i know that sounds harsh, and the other person was stupid for racing, but he's not guilty of murder or manslaughter.

You are right. But at the same time if someone is going to do something as stupid and irrational as this guy did then they have to face the consequences of their actions. If he was dumb enough to drive AND EVEN RACE drunk, then I'm sorry but he deserves what happened to him. I'm just glad he didn't take out innocent bystanders with him.

And I don't believe that guy is his cousin. I think it is another member that thought it would be funny to jump in and freak everyone out.

yes his decisions where not the greatest in the world but no one even know how much he drank or the true story down to every detail and maybe that isnty his cousin but WHAT IF...and as for WURM he may be a mod or w/e but he he said was wrong and really fuckin pisses me off if he died in the same incident everyone on here would be sad as fuck only reason ppl are doggin on him is because they didnt know and niether did i but i have a fuckin heart
