Apparently there is some agreement between the US and Canada where the countries have agreed to make it hard to switch citizenship between the two. Is there a similar agreement between the US and Mexico?
paying taxes does not equal citizenship and any "agreements" with the Mexican gov't isn't worth donkey shit. that gov't is so corrupt it makes Congress(US) look like a Hosea Williams feed the hungry drive
