    What was the tuner scene like before that movie? Were there still a lot of ricers? Were there less? I am not old enough to really know...

    I am old enough, but I havent been a part of this whole tuner thing for that long...

    I didnt know I like working on cars til I had to fix this POS '87 cutluss that a friend gave me for free (that had been sitting for 3 yrs with a full tank of gas) because my parents took my car and sold it.
