I went to verizon with the woman the other day and it was straight bullshit and unprofessional..

the lady was like your ringer doesn't work, all it does is vibrate.. come to find out it was on VIBRATE

then she was like your phone just cut off.. IT WAS ALREADY OFF..

she didn't know shit..
