Lee From Honda Parts Connection gave me a call today and was very apolagetic. He was very professional and seemed genuine about the mistakes an mishaps.

Regardless of the problems i have had, that goes a LONG WAY im my book to recognize a problem and to pick up the phone and try to make it right.

Ill probably give them one more try to make it right on another car we have and see what happens.

Some people don't quite understand how much pull you may have on the internet and what it can do to or for their business. A majority of the salvage parts companies avoid forums and online classifieds like a plague yet their entire business could survive solely from it ...on that note, screwing the wrong person can completely ruin them too!
