About a month ago we were doing an auto to manual swap on a Honda Accord. I called to get a quote on some hard parts like a slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, hard lines, pedals, starter, cables, etc.
I was given a quote an told it would be delivered to me the following day.
The following day, no phone call, no delivery. i called back and they said "we had no one going to powder springs today, we will deliver it tomrrow". I offered to just p ay shipping since it is a good distance apart, they refused and said delivery was fine.
Next day, no delivery, no phone call. i called back again, and they said no deliverys were done that day, so i just said i would come get it.
I went up there to pick up my parts, they gave me a box with everything just thrown in it. I took a quick inventory and was in a hurry, paid an left. Get back to the shop i was missing:
ECU
Slave cylinder
only half of the Hard lines were packed up.
I called them back and they offered to ship me the rest of the stuff. Took them 3 days to ship it an at least 5 more phone calls to them to get them to do it. AN i only received the ECU.
I had another car that needed a wiring harness. i called Honda Parts Connection the week BEFORE THANKSGIVING. They said the harness was in stock, they would deliver it.
The following day, no phone call, no delivery AGAIN. i then called an they said they would deliver it AGAIN. next day comes, no delivery for the 5th time. I finally called an said, "JUST SHIP IT" they assured me it would ship that day.
After a few days went by an the thanksgiving holiday, no harness shows up, no phone calls. I called them last week an they put me on hold for 30minutes. i FINALLY get ahold of someone an they said that they were waiting on cars to get dissasembled from the auction and that they were already there should be any day now the harness would ship.
1 week goes by, NO HARNESS, NO DELIVERY, NO SHIPPING. So i called back again today, and they tell me " the cars still arent here" so another lie was told.
here it is 3 weeks later an i still have no harness.
HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE business to deal with, very unorganized an the sales people are to say the least, incompetent.
Sucks for them cause we are CONSTANTLY ordering parts like what they have, and they just lost a very lucrative customer.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, pain in the ass and not worth the trouble.

UPDATE:
Lee From Honda Parts Connection gave me a call today and was very apolagetic. He was very professional and seemed genuine about the mistakes an mishaps.
Regardless of the problems i have had, that goes a LONG WAY im my book to recognize a problem and to pick up the phone and try to make it right.
Ill probably give them one more try to make it right on another car we have and see what happens.
