If you can legally own a handgun you can get a CCW. Just get the damn permit and you don't have to worry about whether you can carry it loaded in your car or not without one.

If there was an IA range day I would want to be at the range with like 5 of the guys on this board, I wouldn't trust the rest of you just based on the comments that have been made. Also just because you can talk about guns does not mean you should own one. lol

Yep, really. The Supreme Court made that decision in United States v. Fuentes.

ok back on topic: where could we possibly have an IA firing range meet? theres a range in dekalb but its only open on friday and i believe theres one in athens but i dont know if it allows rifles

i've forgotten, haven't been in a while. we've had mini IA meets there though, i've gone and shot w/like 3 or 4 others before.
