That happened to a friend of mine back in the day. He bought a Gamecube, brought it home, no gamecube, just a brick. He got it from frys, they wouldnt refund it or replace it. I think part of it is frys easy return policy, the person just shrinkwrapped it back up and returned it.

i bought pgr3 for the 360 when i bought my system, got home and there was no game in it, took it directly back up there and found out that the electronics manager took the game out of the package for "demo purposes"....but the game was nowhere to be found.....poser was using the game at home im sure
thats a dick move. i'd find out who returned that thing in the first place and beat the shit out of them, then shove that can of pasta sauce down their throat

Yeah we've had that happen at work. With all the new PS3's we had to open all of them to make sure they actually had the units in the box.
