Interesting!!! Nope he's not a dealer of any kind or anything. Just a friend that's in california wanting to sell me his type-s for dirt cheap. I was just concerned because i heard some states would tax them 7% or 3% of the vehicles total bill of sale amount or kbb amount. So after i've received the car, i can just take it to get a tag and that'll be it right?

usually when you register a car (or atleast in my experiences) you have to get emissions done
