    Default Electrical Fire

    had an electrical fire today going down the road...... luckly was able to find the source before shit got really bad...... it was the remote wire going to my amp, the whole thing had melted.

    That shit happened to me a LONG ASS time ago like 1992 or something...I had a maxima with some fog lights that I ran for too long, and the whole dash started smoking in Myrtle Beach while cruising..shit was scaring the fuck out of me, we pulled one of the dash covers and yanked the entire wire out with a hair brush..The wire was scolding red..some crazy shit.

    I had a Ford Splash that happened to back in 96, I had a aftermarket steering wheel on it and I guess when they installed it they had a wire crossed or some shit, and flames started shooting out of the steering wheel, I about shit myself

    hehe yeah i had pulled over and ripped the panels out from under the steering column and the wire was just hanging there..... popped the trunk and smoke had poured out.... the wire was laying on top of a diaper that had a big black spot on it from where it would hav e ignited.... luckly it didnt hit anything flammable

    id just check the wires every now and then.... make sure they arent wrapped up in anything..... make sure nothing is exposed or will touch anything hot....... the remote wire that melted wasnt touching anything..... dunno how it happened unless it grabbed some metel in my trunk and caused it to heat up
