Could be a combo of the clap and herpes too, herpes doesnt look like that pic though so if it does look like that then it is probably syphalus. They give all kinds of talks about STDs in the Army, one every weekend trying to convince us to use rubbers and they usually show us pics.
I showed my friend that picture and he said it doesn't look like that.

I have herpes and it doesnt look like that but Im sure some of the more severe cases might, I only get one little bump like once every six months.
get tested, thats the only way you'll really know.
thought I had herpes/genital warts once in college, got tested and diagnosed with having a hair bump.........
