They should have an 800 number for you to call, or a corporate HR person to speak with. You're an employee so you shouldn't expect some huge settlement, but you focus for now on getting your hospital stay and subsequent visits payed for. You're an employee, so that law gets kinda tricky when it comes to covering your injuries. If you were a customer, and you injured yourself, you'd still be expected to show negligence on the part of Outback, but because they employ you, there's a greater expectation for you to prove that you're not filing for work. comp. fraud.
