You know.. I'd half way agree with what you've stated if it didnt say black people in general and that is the kind of ignorance that bugs me moreso than racism itself.. stereotypes. I'm black and don't care for nor use any "affirmative action" loophole so could you please enlighten me on what this loophole is?

Yeah but the reason is the context of the usage. When white people say it, it draws upon slavery and how whites used it to refer to blacks as their property and ordered them around.
