LoL, I feel you both. I used to be a Shipping Supervisor for over 250 stores, & another 60 intown retailers at this CD distribution factory. I know how bad it can be trust me.

I guess I never really had "asshole customers". I sometimes just know when I'm going to run into one, so I take a deep breath pray, & just remember that God gave everyone the choice to be assholes, so they're just exercising that right. lol ....Vegeta
