I am so glad Matt is making improvements by the day!! Great news to hear going into the holiday weekend. He will be in my thoughts this weekend.
Has the driver come to see him? I only ask because I would like to think he is getting through this okay as well.

Nope, the drivers mother stopped by the hospital and wanted to see Matt but it couldn't have been at a worse time. Matt was in ICU and his parents didn't know what the next step was and she was requested let them be for now. Not meaning to be rude but it may have been differant if it was the driver or even the father but not someone that wasn't involvedOriginally Posted by Boostless

you can't be too harsh on the kid not being there with his mom... it would be hell trying to face the guy you feel at fault for putting in the hospital.
