6 DAY CHEESE STUDY
WHO: Females only age 25 to 54
DATE: November 28, 29, 30, Dec. 1, 4 and 5
TIME: 10:00, 12:00 or 2:00
LENGTH OF STUDY: 1 & 1/4 hours on each day
LOCATION: PVR Research - click here for directions.
This facility will not accept/pay for late arrivals. You must
check in 10 to 15 minutes early.
PAYMENT: $210.00 in cash in total at the end of the study
REQUIREMENTS: You cannot have done a market
research study anywhere in the last 3 months to do this
job. You must be able to attend all 6 days at the same
time. If you miss any of the days, the study is void.
Payment is made at the completion of the job.

4 DAY PIZZA STUDY
WHO: Males or Females 20 to 45
DATE: December 4 through December 7
TIME: Your answers determine which group you are
put into...12:00, 2:30, 4:30, 6:30
LENGTH OF STUDY: 1 & 1/2 hours on each day
LOCATION: PVR Research - click here for
directions. You must check in 10 to 15 minutes
early. They will not accept/pay for late arrivals.
PAYMENT: $120.00 cash in total at the completion of
all 4 days.
REQUIREMENTS: You cannot have done a market
research study anywhere in the last 3 months to do
this job. This study requires that you attend all 4 days
for this taste test. If you miss any of the days, the
study is void. Payment is made at the end of the
study. You must attend at the same time every day.

WHO: Men aged 45 to 59
DATE: Wednesday, November 29
TIMES: Age 45 to 59 - 5:30 p.m.;
Age 30 to 44 - 7:30 p.m.- This group is now full.
LOCATION: PVR Research in Duluth - click here for
directions. You must check in 10 to 15 minutes prior
to your appointment. They will not accept/pay for late
arrivals at this facility.
PAYMENT: $75.00 cash for a 2 hour study
REQUIREMENTS: No one who has done a market
research study anywhere in the last 3 months can
participate. No children are allowed. Also as a part o this
project, we need you to bring/wear a few things to the
group. These items are required to participate. If you do
not bring them, you will not be allowed in the group; and
you will not be paid.

• Take I-85 North to Pleasant Hill Road, Exit 104.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road.
• Continue on Pleasant Hill (6.2 miles) to Medlock Bridge Rd. (Hwy. 141).
• Turn right onto Medlock Bridge and drive 2.8 miles.
• Turn right onto “JOHNS CREEK PKWY”, just past a tall brick/glass bldg.
• Take first left onto Lakefield Drive. • Turn right at “Ignite Communications”
sign.
• Walk down the steps on the right end of the building and into PVR.

• Exit Peachtree Industrial Blvd. North, Exit 31B
• Drive 3.7 miles and exit to the left onto Hwy. 141 North
(Cumming/Dahlonega).
• Drive for 8.6 miles on Hwy. 141 North.
• Turn right onto “JOHNS CREEK PKWY”, just past a tall brick/glass bldg.
• Take first left onto Lakefield Drive.

• Take GA 400N to Old Milton Highway (Exit 10)
• Turn right on Old Milton Highway (this is Route 120).
