    probably people who emailed the seller and agreed at an off ebay price, and then just bid that to ensure they would win the auction.

    If it is ACTUALLY $1bil, it had better have:

    1. Beer dispenser
    2. Sexual satisfaction hole(s)
    3. Flux Capacitor
    4. Made of solid platinum
    5. Come with its own THEATER
    6. A theater staff of scantily clad chicks who know gaming.

    To name a few things

    on ebay you can pre bid so if somone is seling something and the current bid is 14 dollars if you put in 30 it will keep you a few cents ahead until it reaches past 30 its kind of like securing your spot so whoever bid the 999blah blah blah will win it if nobody over bids more
