First time. I honestly was shocked. I stayed at the Hyatt on Whacker Dr, and it was a great location. It was a nice outside the window and all. I walked around a good bit one day and was suprised at how clean the city was!

one reason it stays so clean is due to the harsh winters. that and they have a great city gov'ment that makes sure the city stays clean.
