hey ant, been making some calls this morning exploring options. unfortunately due to work and shit i won't be able to jump into any lines until tomorrow afternoon so whatever happens at that point happens u know?

yeah, I think by the time you go to work and do what you gotta do, the lines are gonna be too full and shit..

and reading the bugs and shit, its NO GOOD.. that shit would piss me off if I was a potential buyer..

if I can make some things happen, when I get some shit in the store, hopefully they'll come via TRUCKS and not UPS/FEDEX/DHL I'll definately have my hands on a few.. so if you don't get one now, I'll hook you up... problem is, you may have to make it to the southside one night..

So, let me get this straight.... you're waiting in line..... for days.... to be the first of a few people to pay $600 for a console that only has crappy games out for it thus far? :-)

I understand flipping it around to make a profit... but 2.5 days of your life (which is ~60 hours) for ~ $800 is still only $13.33 an hour.

I do think that you're nuts... but the people who are willing to drop a $G for a first production model have more money than brains... and that's the truth!

I didn't get my PS2 until it had been out for a few years, and even then i still bought it used. No matter how I try to justify it... its just too much $$$... especially considering that you need a $1000+ HDTV to fully enjoy the graphics.

think about it, 400,000 units released into a population of 300 million people. even if you say only 1% of the entire population would pay out the ass for one, that still means only leaves about 2.6 million ppl WITHOUT one.
