yeah man i fear the same thing :( only thing i guess i got goin for me is i have friday off so i have all of tomorrow afternoon evening and friday morning to cruise around and see if i can spot a place where there isn't a line u know?

and yeah i know exactly what u mean about them coming in trucks, my boy that works for target told me about the way they're handling this initial shipment. preciate u lookin out though and maybe when u get some u can hit me up, coming down to the southside won't be a problem :goodjob:

So, let me get this straight.... you're waiting in line..... for days.... to be the first of a few people to pay $600 for a console that only has crappy games out for it thus far? :-)

I understand flipping it around to make a profit... but 2.5 days of your life (which is ~60 hours) for ~ $800 is still only $13.33 an hour.

I do think that you're nuts... but the people who are willing to drop a $G for a first production model have more money than brains... and that's the truth!

I didn't get my PS2 until it had been out for a few years, and even then i still bought it used. No matter how I try to justify it... its just too much $$$... especially considering that you need a $1000+ HDTV to fully enjoy the graphics.

think about it, 400,000 units released into a population of 300 million people. even if you say only 1% of the entire population would pay out the ass for one, that still means only leaves about 2.6 million ppl WITHOUT one.

Its running on 3 cylinders and has a crazy engine knock coming from the block, and the brake rotors need replacing, and the calibers (both) are sticking, it needs 4 new tires, interior could use alittle work, missing boost gauge. Paint is rough but it still runs, barely, and how I can't explain... Just kidding, but ya, PM me if you'd be will to do a payment plan, couple $100 a week or so?
