    Default If anyone see's this car around..

    In Cobb, let me know where. Or better yet, if you know the fuck that bought it from me. I sold him the car, he said he wanted the radiator with it, but didn't have the money for it right now. Being the idiot I am, I let him keep it in the car and pay me next weekend. But.. Of course the bitch didn't call, and doesn't answer my phone calls. So.. He stole my Koyo Radiator.

    Thats the car, any help would be appreciated.

    when you sold the car.. did it say on the bill of sale that the radiator wasnt his? Cause im not sure how court would react.. most cars are sold as-is.. I would assume (yes i know) that if that was in the car when sold.. it would technically be considered part of the as-is..

    I'm pretty sure I wrote out that the radiator was to be paid for at a later date. But I'll be damned if I can find the bill of sale, AND I never registered the car under my name, just bought it, decided I wanted a different car, and sold it. So, I don't think I have any legal power. I just want either my money, or kick his ass. Fucking guy.

    that sucks dude. something similar happened to me. guy didn't want my wheels (hx's w/new drag radials). told him to take the car and I'll get the wheels when he gets replacements. needless to say that never happened.........
