I am at the point to where I hate to work on cars, so I would go buy a new car. So I guess option 3
Get the Red 99 Accord coupe and do Option 1
Forget about cars and go with option 2
Be pimping with option 3 and do payments + Ins $$$
I have a better plan for you, less $$, fast car, to meet you goal
