    so i just got a call on my cell from an unknown atlanta area number, and i answer it and it says...

    "You have a collect call from....an inmate in Dekalb County Jail. Your service provider does not accept collect calls. In order to take this call, you must establish a prepaid account. Would you like to accept this call from...Dekalb County Jail and setup a prepaid account?" cllliiiiiiick, end call lol

    somebody just wasted their one phone call by dialing the wrong number lol...
