    so i just got a call on my cell from an unknown atlanta area number, and i answer it and it says...

    "You have a collect call from....an inmate in Dekalb County Jail. Your service provider does not accept collect calls. In order to take this call, you must establish a prepaid account. Would you like to accept this call from...Dekalb County Jail and setup a prepaid account?" cllliiiiiiick, end call lol

    somebody just wasted their one phone call by dialing the wrong number lol...

    i did pickup bro, and the recording from the operator came on, but im not setting up some prepaid account so i can pay for a call from somebody in jail that i dont know...at least i dont think i know anybody in jail lol...oh well

    He was probably in the holding cell, where they have pay phones. I had a friend go to jail last week, and he called me at least a dozen times. I too ended the calls lol
