I have assloads more black friends than white and I will attest to that being done by none of the white folks I talk to. It's only black folks that I ever see doing this. It's no biggie to me, although I have wondered why.

Just like I have always wondered why a lot of black folks, when talking on a cellphone, will hold the phone away from their ear to talk on it and then put it back to their ear to listen. Later, QD.
