cause i hate tmobile customer care, you gotta say whatever you want to do, and it never recognizes it, and sends you somewhere totally off topic and you get put on hold for 30 min only to get transferred to the right dept and get put on hold another 45 min. plus, i thought maybe it was a system wide thing that i might have to wait till they get it back up and running
