So he thought it was a possible "ghost" black dude not a real living breathing black dude?

Ya I have been in there 3 times now and havent seen anything and I believe that the LNC has been in there some 5 times and not seen or heard anything...maybe the ghosts dont want to spend their energy on people that arent going to get freaked out by it.
