I got my tint taken off and took the reciept to court and the judge dropped the ticket. But that also was my 1st offense, so I think it will come down to your record. If you have a bad record it might be like $50-$150 and removal of the tint.

Remove the tint and take the reciept to court. Try talking to the judge and say it was an acciedent(sp) and you had it removed as soon as you could.
