    i'm not going, unless baileys is unavailable. how 'bout making the meet nomadic, for the folks that like on the southside ?? for example...
    there are 3 quarters in a year, 4 depending on how you look at it.
    have 3(or 4) meets in a central downtown locale,
    again 3(or 4) meets northside
    and 3(or 4) meets southside...

    Not only that but I know that a couple of sites I am on use it for small meets during the week...One of the sites found out about the Thurs thing cuz their night there got moved one week and they ran into a ricers wet dream on a Thurs. They ended up meetin some people and then kept going on Thurs. Not to mention ended up joining IA.

    I might have to differ on that... i was going there a long time agho with the SE RX-7 club.... might be about the same... either way... Dubs and RX's were always nice quiet meets...

    actually people have been meeting there for years even beyond the DD crew, IL, IA, Seloc, and many other web based crew, clubs, sites, etc... the biggest complaint about varsity is the idiots it has attracted ie. ricers, burnouts, copys, etc.

    Varsity has never done anything for the car community yet we all go there to hangout, thats why we made the move to Bailey's to try it out. FREE PARKING, FREE FOOD, FREE GAMES! can't beat that.

    I already brought it up with Jermaine, but he always confuses any sort of hanging out with girls as a date

    Like I mentioned this "meet" to him about getting something started with me, you, jesse, him and tasuki and he was like well, you would be dolo the whole night while me and jesse got one I guess I said to much about his private fantasies

    Where bout in Newnan are ya'll at? I'm donw the road in Palmetto, but I'm in Newnan alot. Plus the Sunday Night Publix meets are pretty good from what I heard, & saw in person last week. Tho I'm not going to be standing the fook outside all night while temp is dropping.

    Actually, They didnt even made that the spot.. car clubs been there long before the silly dubs and RX-7 meets.. Spot is pretty old...

    I will say IA been going since 01.. the year IA came online.. Ill say about 95 % of the ricers up there dont even get on IA anyways.

    me personally have been going since 98.. well the last time I was up there was 03.

    Place has always sucked anyways.

    I know this is who isn't going but I am. I go to Georgia Tech so it's like a two minute walk, why not?

    I am kinda pissed that ricers have ruined it though. It's driving people away from something that's cool. As odd as it is it was a vw meet originally(so i've heard) and it's pretty much driven them all away. And now it's driving IA away. How the hell has this happened?

    TRUTH.. when I first came to Atlanta back in '98, I ran into Latin Low among other lowrider crews, who had been meeting for years up there, to hold their monthly meetings, cruise nights etc.. Varsity is looked at more as a central spot

    The meet at Bailey's is much better. It is INSIDE and they seem to like to having the folks there. We enjoyed it this past month.

    The same shit is probably going to happen with Baileys. One ricer finds out then a gang of ricers show up. They are like leaches they latch on to nice cars that they wish they were like. The problem is they don't know what they are doing so they just make some bastard car with apc products in it.

    I think we should stick to the V because in the winters ricers tend to stay away from the meets and only the truly passionate people are willing to stand around in 40 degree weather checking out cars. Atleast thats how it was last year on barrett pwky. I saw very few ricers until it started warming up then they came like a swarm of locust.
