RS4 weighs 3900 lbs. It has a 420hp V-8....AWD with 60/40 RWD bias, the first AUdi to do so for a more sporting feel.cuz it wouldn't be fair....for the bimmer

M3 is 3300 lbs, 333hp, RWD...
In mags it has been a toss-up, some prefer the RS4, some still like the ligher M3.
The E46 M3 has just been a magazine darling...C55 and S4 cannot match in overall dynamics.
