I have a GS 430, I have beaten 540s. I had a GS 400, I've beaten 540s. I have gotten beaten in my GS 400 by a M5 and a Dinan 5 series. Guess what? I SHOULD, to get the Dinan badge, you have to buy the stages. You don't just buy the badge.

540 and GS 400/430 are very evenly matched that its a drivers race and most time who got the better start (traction). We are talking about 2 cars with identical times.

Stock handling wise 540>GS 430, I've driven both and its clear. Now modded GS with sways/stb/lcb >540 stock, its very clear.

Clearly you just have BIAS against the car, no EXPERIENCE with them.

Kiddo, I said that. I am man enough and knowledgeable to know stock 540s and 330s and the new 335 and your E36 M3 is no joke handling stock.

Kudos to you and BMW, they make some great handling sedans.

You said a Dinan 5 beat a stock GS 400, so I brought up my modded GS comparison to show that a modded Lexus can be no joke as well.

We have had meets with the bimmerforums crowd, great bunch of people. I know meeting them, not all BMW owners are shit talking pricks with no clue or daddy bought their car. I know most are car nuts and great people..

bahhh there is not way in hell your car will beat an ELISE on the track; you may have passed 2 dumbshits that can't drive but your car isn't even in the same class.
