so admins of course have the power to ban. but in having those powers, it's up to the folks on IA decide on whether or not someone has to be banned....nice concept.
we, the super mods and admins can ban people, basically i was voted on as a mod, so the way i work is if someone request anyone to be banned, i let teh people speak before i make any bans, unless the person is clearly breaking teh rules, then i ban off of my own judgement
