    I get if the cars are putting out enough smoke to "obstruct the vision of drivers on the street". but what's law against doing "burnouts" on a private parking lot?

    p.s. in now way do I support or condone the "burnouts". 1 of the many reasons I don't go to the varsity.

    isnt there some law about screeching tires? Or something like that..


    And Ruiner you are one wise person...Myself working at a bonding company for close to 4 years, I have found heard alot of stories...LOL
