u dont gotta have a $100,000 show car to be cool..... The scene is still here, but with the cars that are out, and the ammount of things u can do to them...what may be considered rice to one person.... may not be to another. Yeah ECI, and allstars have bad ass rides.... but how often to they get together? What the scene has become is very opinionated. but thats my opinion
