Duluth speeding ticket??!?!?!?!?!

Im drivin my ass down on Pleasent Hill towards Peachtree Industrial and i pass mad incoming traffic and a fagg duluth police car. My speedometer is fried and stuck at 20mph so i have no idea how fast im going however i didnt feel like i was speeding to bad.
I get to the light with peachtre industrial and the cop pops out of nowhere n turns his lights on n pulls my ass over. He doesnt say the reason he pulled me over just asks for my drivers liceince and right when im about to ask him he takes ma shit n goes back to his car. 10 min later he coems back n slaps me with a speeding ticket of 68 in a 45. Im like wtf so i ask him to show me the radar or whatever the fuck he clocked me with but he goes like " are you doubting my accuracy? " so im like uhhh yeah cus one ma speedometer fucked up and 2 it didnt feel like i was going that damn fast. So after another 5 min of arguing with him about his fucking knowledge of knowing the speed by just seeing a car pass by he ends the convo saying " i guess i will see you in court"?
What can i do i didnt see no damn radar and the bitch wrote on the ticket "Denied CHeck Accuracy" whatever the F dat sposed to mean.
N does ne1 have ne knowledge around how much am i expected to pay for that ticket if i loose in court considering cops have the upper credibility compared to drivers or what not. N was it even legal of him to write a ticket under these circumstances?

If you requested to see radar (from my understandingwith my ticket on 85 which was a 67 in a 45 supposedly) the only way they can do the "eye" thing is by a thing called pacing where they follow you. you cant just pass them going down the road and them use that shit.

Actually it isnt considered reckless driving til 35 over (or atleast that dont give you a reckless driving ticket and a speeding ticket til then). The fine jumps up a considerable amount at 26 over and you have to go to court for anything over 23 over

Well if you talked to the cop like you type Im sure you had no leverage arguing your situation because the cop is going to think your a fucking retard....BECAUSE YOU SOUND LIKE ONE.

And why the hell did you tell him your speedo was broke? I would have had your fucking car towed and laughed my ass of while you walked home if I was that cop.

If you want to get anywhere in life you have to learn how to speak English because when you speak like a moron people are going to treat you like one.

The best chance of you getting out of that situation is explaining to the cop that there is no way you were going that fast and I think he made a mistake. And call him Sir of Officer.

I have talked my way out of two of 5 tickets by telling him the truth. Yes sir I was speeding and Im sorry but I understand that you are doing your job and if you could just give me my ticket we can be on our way.. Some are real idiots and think they can get away with anything. AHHAAHHAH one time he got pulled over and the officer that pulled him over stated that he was speeding and did an illegal U turn. He goes "Officer can you read?" Officer looks over "U TURN PERMITTED" And he looks back and goes "So?" Bye officer that is not a crime and you have a nice night. So the officer just left.

#3. You didn't request him to check the radar for accuracy.

Either way, it sounds as if he clocked you via radar. Does the ticket say clocked with radar or sight? Either way, it is a legal ticket. There isn't much you can do; you got busted.

Umm, how did you get a ticket for going 7mph over? What were the circumstances? Were you in a construction zone, school zone, or residential area?

Maybe not asking to look at his "radar thing" and asking "May i please check the calibration of your radar gun" would sound a bit better. The officer is not your "cuz" or "homeboy" his job is to enforce the law and if you disrespect him he'll do the exact same for you.
