My g/f and I have lived in Duluth (p'tree in/pleasant hill) for a good 2.5 years now. I'm sure most PDs have to meet their quotas ... but when 3 cars pull you over and give you a ticket for going 7 over, then there's something wrong. Duluth PD has way too many cops for such a small town. They actually got in trouble by the state for writing too many tickets. Just come live in duluth for a little while ... you'll understand.
Umm, how did you get a ticket for going 7mph over? What were the circumstances? Were you in a construction zone, school zone, or residential area?
