Does Anyone Work At T-Mobile Who Has Connections?

If so shoot me a PM, I think my MDA just went out on me, Tech support says it seems when it dropped I shook something out that the SIM reads cause my SIM cant be read, Only sees 2 names in my contact list. Insurance covers it but has a big deductable. Does anyone work at T-Mobile who can swap out for me on the low low?

HA HA HA HA I cant see paying a $110 Deductable, Thats BS!! They say its so high because its a $489 phone, But still. I have paid for insuranve for 3 years I have more then paid for a new phone...LOL

Well there are marks all over it showing its been dropped several times, I cant hide that. I didnt tell the lady I dropped it in tech support, I just told her I did the hard reset and all that other stuff and nothing seems to work. Whats odd is it worked this morning cause I used it but now i cant send/recieve calls, use the net, texts or anything, its dead in the water bascially.

Odd thing is on my way to work I used it and made a call to my VM, so even if she put in there that I dropped it, They can look at the account and see the phone was used this morning.

Thanks man!! Let me know if there is a way to do that. I have had issues with this one for months and also maybe it can be swapped due to it doesnt hold the stylus at all, they just fall right out, Must be something inside that holds it broke or somethin.

It's cool, I duno if I can get it replaced for you for sure, but my manager has dealt with this kinda stuff before so he's understanding.
Also, I live/work in Athens, so it might take awhile for me to actually get something worked out.
