I think about 85 percent of what I have learned in this industry has come from work experience. You can never know it all with cars because every car is different and they are changing things every day. There is a reason that auto technicians are held in the same respects as doctors in Germany and Italy.

My main beef with UTI is how they lie out the ass to you especially NTI. I was in the third class to go through, the school wasn't even finished yet and allready the race teams in Mooresville were telling the school to tell us not to go to shops we are not welcome. They are a business and will do anything to sell thier product. Atleast I had fun and got play with 800hp engines and use an english wheel.
